Field teams judge meeting tools by the first two minutes: whether a guest can join, whether audio recovers after a weak handoff, and whether the mobile app burns through battery.

Our baseline test uses mixed Wi-Fi and LTE, a browser guest, and a low-end Android phone. Tools that need account creation for every guest lose points quickly.
